Because of the custom nature of our products, we have the following refund policy: No refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized items. For non-custom items, refunds are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
